Arsenal have been offered Club Brugge forward Christos Tzolis and are weighing up whether to accelerate a deal for the Greece international. Sporting director Andrea Berta is actively working on the potential transfer, with sources indicating the club's interest is concrete.
Mikel Arteta is believed to be on board with the signing, which could cost around £35m. Arsenal recruitment expert Maurizio Micheli flew to Sweden last week to scout the 24-year-old. Crystal Palace tried to sign Tzolis last summer but failed in their pursuit.
“Arsenal have been offered Club Brugge forward Christos Tzolis and are considering accelerating a move for the Greece international.”
Tzolis began his career at PAOK before joining Norwich City, where he scored three goals in 30 appearances between 2021 and 2024. He enjoyed a prolific spell in the German second division with Fortuna Düsseldorf, netting 22 goals in 30 league matches, before moving to Club Brugge. Over two campaigns for the Belgian side – who won their 20th league title last term – he has found the back of the net 33 times.
Internationally, Tzolis has scored nine goals in 33 appearances for Greece. Arsenal have made signing a new attacker a top priority this summer, and also hold genuine interest in Aston Villa forward Morgan Rogers.
