BBC Sport launches daily football guessing game

A new daily football quiz has arrived on BBC Sport, challenging readers to identify a mystery World Cup star in as few attempts as possible. The game, titled 'Who am I?', presents a fresh footballer each day, with clues unlocked after every wrong guess. Players earn points based on how quickly they identify the player – three attempts is considered a good score, while four or five is exceptional. Today's player and clues were set by BBC Sport's Adam Millington. The quiz is part of a broader collection of football trivia, including features on every nation at the 2026 Fifa World Cup, the Lionesses' most capped players, and top international goal-scorers.
