Tyson Fury’s warm-up bout against Mariusz Wach will not be broadcast live, the former world champion has confirmed, leaving fans unable to watch the fight as it happens. The 37-year-old faces the Polish ex-world-title challenger on Friday at the Max Muaythai Stadium in Pattaya, Thailand, in a contest intended to prepare for a long-awaited clash with Anthony Joshua.
Fury, who ended his fifth retirement in April by outpointing Arslanbek Makhmudov in Tottenham, said the Wach fight’s proceeds will go to charity. His opponent, Wach, is a former world-title challenger. The main card is believed to begin at 3.15pm BST, with ring walks likely at 5pm BST.

“This great fight will not be streamed live!” Fury said. “It will only be broadcast on my hit Netflix TV show ‘At Home With The Furys’ season three.” No release date has been announced for that season. The Independent will provide live updates from the event.
The undercard features six bouts, including Daniel Baer vs Simon Ibekwe, Michael Alan Flannery vs Narong Phumrakson, Lucas Dassios vs Rattapol Kadamduan, Mark Ahondjo vs Aekkaphob Auraiwan, and Arlo Stephens vs Arash Mardani, all in the heavyweight or cruiserweight divisions.
Fury has been training in Thailand throughout the past year. Joshua, meanwhile, fights Kristian Prenga in Saudi Arabia on Saturday. If both men win, a November showdown at Wembley Stadium could be on the cards, though any fight would reportedly need to start in the early hours of the morning.
For now, Fury’s return to the ring remains largely behind closed doors — unless fans wait for the Netflix series.
