The narrator highlights Melania's shopping habits and favourite designer stores as weaknesses, suggesting that "freedom fighters" with access to areas she often visits could use a nerve agent to poison clothes she might purchase. The video claims its information is drawn from "anonymous security networks and satellite images," though most details are public knowledge.

At the end of the video, a direct threat is made to Barron Trump: "Barron, wait for us." This comes after Barron, along with Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka and Melania, appeared on a billboard in Iran with the word "KILLED" written in red across their closed eyes.
The threats follow the US and Israeli raids on Iran at the end of February that killed the late Supreme Leader, prompting the regime to vow revenge against Donald Trump. Earlier this month, Trump posted on his social media that Iran had made threats "to assassinate, or attempt to assassinate" him, warning that 1,000 missiles are "Locked and Loaded and aimed at the Islamic Republic of Iran" should the Iranian government act on its threat. Hours later, Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei said Iranians would continue to avenge his father's killing.
