Matty Healy performed with a tribute band that imitates his own group at his stag do, videos circulating on social media show. The 37-year-old The 1975 frontman sang and danced on stage with The 9075 – who bill themselves as 'the world’s first tribute to The 1975' – ahead of his marriage to American model Gabbriette, 28, later this month.
In one clip, Healy performs a rendition of The Sound, from the band’s 2016 album I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It. After he yells 'where is he, come back', the tribute band’s lead singer emerges from the crowd, jumps back on stage, takes the microphone and continues the vocals while Healy dances as the crowd cheers. Another clip shows Healy crowd surfing while his band member George Daniel sings along as the tribute band plays Sex.

The 9075 say they 'bring the spirit of the original band to life, creating unforgettable nights filled with nostalgia and excitement'. They are also followed by Healy’s fiancée on Instagram.
Gabbriette – whose real name is Gabriella Leigh Bechtel – posted photos and videos from her own pre-wedding celebration in Las Vegas. They show her being handcuffed and a man dressed as a police officer spanking her on the bottom with a baton before picking her up and carrying her onto a private jet. In a nod to her future husband, she also posed in a hotel room at the Wynn Las Vegas decorated with balloons spelling out 'Mrs Healy'.
Other snaps show fake $100 bills scattered on the floor, Gabbriette posing with burlesque star Dita Von Teese, dancing with an Elvis impersonator, and wearing a 'Bachelorette' sash on the runway outside the private jet. One of the final photos shows a suitcase, feather boa and single platform shoe placed alongside a sign reading: 'I survived Gabbriette’s bachelorette Las Vegas 2026.' Gabbriette is also known as the lead vocalist and songwriter of her own band.
