Tom Mueller, the first employee and co-founder of SpaceX, has spoken to the BBC as the company prepares for its public market debut with an estimated worth of more than $1.8 trillion. Mueller, who helped found the rocket company alongside Elon Musk in 2002, recalled being 'employee number one' and reflected on Musk's vision in an interview with the BBC's Michelle Fleury. More than two decades after its founding, SpaceX is now on the verge of becoming one of the most valuable publicly traded companies in history.
