West Ham winger Crysencio Summerville is set to join Saudi club Al-Hilal in a deal worth £60m, the club's second major sale in as many months as they adjust to life in the Championship following relegation in May.
The Netherlands international, 24, has been given clearance to undergo a medical after the Hammers accepted an offer of an initial £55m plus £5m in add-ons on Tuesday afternoon. West Ham had previously turned down a bid of around £40m for Summerville, who was also reportedly a target for Aston Villa.

The windfall comes after West Ham sold midfielder Mateus Fernandes to Tottenham for £85m last month, and announced their other key attacker, Jarrod Bowen, is staying on an adjusted contract in the second tier. The club have been looking to cut their wage bill and raise funds, while retaining manager Nuno Espirito Santo as they bid for an immediate return to the top flight in the 2026-27 campaign.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa are in advanced talks to sign Chelsea winger Alejandro Garnacho on loan, with a potential obligation to buy. The Argentina international, 21, was made available for sale by Chelsea for £43m last month, but the Blues are open to a move that could see him leave permanently under certain conditions, even if it initially takes the form of a loan.
The move follows Chelsea's record £117m signing of Morgan Rogers from Villa on Tuesday night. If finalised, Garnacho would become Villa's fourth signing of a busy summer, after Johan Manzambi, Joao Gomes and Modou Keba Cisse. The Midlands club have raised nearly £200m in player sales, with Youri Tielemans, Donyell Malen, Enzo Barrenechea and Lewis Dobbin all departing.
Chelsea have been keen to offload Garnacho despite signing him only last September in a £40m deal from Manchester United, who would be due 10 per cent of any eventual transfer fee. His impact at Stamford Bridge has been limited to one Premier League goal, and the arrival of Rogers and Sporting winger Geovany Quenda increased the need to reduce the size of the squad.
