Tottenham have completed their fourth signing of the summer, with goalkeeper Martin Dubravka joining as a free agent. The Slovakian arrives after his contract expired, becoming the latest addition to a busy window for Spurs. But the club are not alone in their activity: across north London, Arsenal are monitoring Morocco midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi, with Lille setting a lofty asking price for the 19-year-old. The player is reportedly open to a switch to the Emirates, though no deal is yet done.
Meanwhile, Manchester United have moved closer to securing their own midfield target. Reports suggest United have agreed personal terms with West Ham star Mateus Fernandes, placing them in the driving seat for his signature despite interest from Tottenham. Fernandes impressed last season and looks set to be the next through the door at Old Trafford.

A far bigger transfer could be brewing elsewhere: Manchester City are edging towards a sensational £130million deal for Nottingham Forest’s Elliot Anderson. According to the Daily Mail, City and Forest are set for further discussions after two previous bids were rejected. If talks go well, the £130m package Forest wants is likely to be met.
Elsewhere in Europe, Atletico Madrid have agreed a €20million (£17.2m) package for Bayer Leverkusen left-back Alejandro Grimaldo. The fee is relatively low because his contract expires in 12 months. The 30-year-old Spaniard will move to the Wanda Metropolitano this summer.
At a lower level, former West Brom youngster Ethan Ingram is set for a return to the EFL. The right-back, 23, becomes a free agent at the end of the month when his Dundee contract expires. Ingram spent the second half of last season on loan at Partick Thistle in the Scottish Championship, making 10 appearances, and now has interest from a host of EFL clubs.
