David and Victoria Beckham publicly told their estranged son Brooklyn they love him on Father’s Day – but he ignored them, posting no tribute while his wife Nicola Peltz celebrated her own father.
Victoria, 52, shared an old family photo on Instagram showing the former England footballer with sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, and daughter Harper, standing in the sea. “David you truly are the best daddy,” she wrote. “Your greatest achievement has always been our beautiful children and we love you so much. Happy Father’s Day.”
“David and Victoria Beckham sent public Father's Day messages to estranged son Brooklyn, but he snubbed them and posted no tribute.”
David also posted selfies with each of his children, including Brooklyn, and wrote: “Being a dad is my most important job… I love you all & thank you mummy @victoriabeckham for giving me our beautiful family.”
But Brooklyn, who is thought to still have his whole family blocked online, did not interact with either post. His social media remained silent on Sunday – the second Father’s Day in a row he has failed to acknowledge his father.
Instead, his wife Nicola took to Instagram with snaps of her billionaire father Nelson Peltz. “Happy father’s day dad! i’m so lucky i get to be your daughter, you’re the best dad in the entire world,” she wrote. “thank you for being the most loving and supportive father i could ever dream of.”
Brooklyn’s brothers Romeo and Cruz both posted gushing Father’s Day messages to David. Youngest sister Harper keeps her social media private.
The snub comes weeks after Brooklyn made explosive claims in a DoorDash advert for the 2026 World Cup. “You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the Fifa World Cup 2026 from home,” he says. “It’s not like I don’t have tickets. Um… it’s because… it’s a long story.” He then hands the tickets to a delivery driver.
The feud dates back to January when Brooklyn alleged his parents had been “trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn’t stopped”. He also claimed his wife had been “disrespected” by his family and that the Beckhams put “Brand Beckham” first.
Victoria addressed the feud for the first time in a recent interview with The Wall Street Journal, saying she and David “love our children so much” and have “always tried to be the best parents”.
Brooklyn married Nicola, daughter of billionaire Nelson Peltz, in 2022. As the family celebrates without him for a second year, the question remains: can any olive branch bridge the rift?
