Katie Price has declared her love for her husband Lee Andrews, who is being held in a Dubai prison, while simultaneously performing at Canterbury Pride and asking the crowd whether she should leave him.

In an Instagram Stories post on Saturday, Price wrote: "I love @wesleeeandrews." The declaration came just days after she returned from visiting Andrews in Dubai, where she said he is being detained in Al Awir prison on suspicion of being a spy. Price has claimed that a fine of £100,000 is needed for his release.

During her Pride performance, footage shared by drag icon Courtney Act showed Price singing a rendition of "Finally" by CeCe Peniston. In a video on TikTok, Price told the crowd she had been to a prison to "find Lee" and asked: "Do I leave Lee or stay with him?" The crowd cheered for leaving and booed for staying.

Separately, a husband who plotted with the family's au pair to murder his wife has been jailed for life. Brendan Banfield, 40, a former IRS law enforcement officer, was found guilty of murdering his wife Christine Banfield and Joseph Ryan in February 2023. Judge Penney Azcarate said: "The level of cruelty, calculation and inhumanity in this case reflects something far deeper than anger or impulse – it reflects evil." Banfield's au pair, Juliana Peres Magalhães, 26, was given a 10-year sentence after pleading guilty to manslaughter.
